# Leap Platform

#### About Leap

Leap is Lucerna Health's data platform and analytics application for healthcare. It brings data together from across your sources, structures it into consistent data models, and turns it into insight you can act on — supporting value-based care outcomes and patient engagement.

The platform is HIPAA-compliant and HITRUST CSF certified, built on AWS infrastructure that scales with your data. It supports real-time and batch processing, a broad range of data sources, and API-based services throughout.
