Forecasted Detractors Details

This dashboard integrates Lucerna’s machine learning model, which analyzes upcoming appointments to predict the likelihood of patients becoming detractors. The model outputs a probability (ranging from 0% to 100%) that indicates the risk level for each patient for Florida surveys only for compliance reasons.. This forecast is then merged with existing patient-level data and is also accessible via Leap’s consumer profile for comprehensive insights.
