The employer model dashboard is a powerful and intuitive tool designed to optimize patient management and enhance the overall healthcare experience for patients covered by their employers' insurance plans. By integrating roster data from payers with our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, the dashboard automatically calculates the distance between each patient's physical address and the closest Sanitas facility, streamlining the process of identifying the most convenient healthcare location. This essential information is further categorized by distance, with ranges of 0-5 miles, 6-10 miles, and 10+ miles, providing a clear visual representation of patient proximity to our facilities.
Additionally, the dashboard tracks and displays crucial patient visit information, such as whether a roster patient is visiting their nearest facility, attending a different location, or has not yet had a visit. This valuable insight enables Sanitas to monitor patient engagement, identify potential barriers to accessing care, and develop targeted strategies to improve patient experience and satisfaction. Furthermore, the dashboard serves as a valuable tool for reaching out to patients, ensuring they are navigated to the closest pilot facility that offers the employer model value proposition. Dashboard Definitions
Closest Facility: Closest Sanitas facility from the Member's primary address.
Travel Distance: Distance calculation between the Member's address and the address of the closest facility (Lat/Long of the Member's address vs Lat/Long of the Facility's address), grouped in 0-5, 5-10 and 10+ intervals)
Visits: All-time visits (any) for the member.
Visits the Closest Facility: Last visit was to the closest facility to the member's address
Visits Different Facility: Last visit was to a facility that is not the one that is closest to the member's address.
Null/Empty facilities: Member's distance to Sanitas Facilities has not yet been calculated. This is normally a result of the closest facility being over 50 Miles from the member's address.

Dashboards ABCs
Tabs
Upon opening a dashboard, you will be directed to the first tab by default, which is typically a national view for Sanitas USA users who need to see all states consolidated into one tab. To see a more granular view (State, Region, Location), you should navigate to the additional tabs, if applicable.
Controls
Controls allow you to filter or refine the data displayed within a dashboard. Utilize the down arrow to expose all available control options for a dashboard. Once selected, controls will remain set even if you navigate to a different tab.
Reset Controls
Utilize the reset arrow located above the controls to reset the options before navigating to a new tab or attempting to apply new criteria.
Downloading Pages
Each page can be downloaded by clicking on the export icon in the top right corner of the page. This will create a PDF document that can be downloaded or printed.
Downloading Individual Charts, Tables or Data
You can also download individual charts, tables or data. To do so, click on a chart to display the ellipsis (three dots) in the top right corner. Clicking on this ellipsis will allow you the option to download in cvs and/or excel formats.
Scroll
Most dashboards and visuals extend beyond the available area exposed on a user's window. Dashboards and visuals are scrollable, don't forget to utilize the navigation bars or your middle mouse wheel to do so.
