Overview

The dashboard provides a comprehensive view of key aspects of the business, including value drivers, use cases, campaigns, state-wise performance, market segments, and start and end dates of initiatives. It allows for monitoring and analysis of critical metrics to understand business performance, optimize strategies, and make informed decisions. The dashboard is designed to provide actionable insights, enabling stakeholders to track progress, identify trends, and drive growth effectively.

Metrics Overview

  • Total Communications/Touches: The total number of communications via email or SMS messages sent to consumers over a specific period.

  • Total Consumers: The total number of unique individuals or households who have received communications from a business or organization over a specific period.

  • Avg Touches/Consumer: The average number of times each consumer is contacted or "touched" by a communication over a specific period. This metric helps measure the frequency of communication with each consumer.

  • Avg Email Delivery Rate: The average percentage of emails successfully delivered to recipients' inboxes out of the total emails sent. It indicates the effectiveness of an email campaign in reaching the intended audience.

  • Avg Email Open Rate: The average percentage of emails opened by recipients out of the total emails delivered. It is a measure of how engaging the email content is to the recipients.

  • Avg Email Clickthru Rate: The average percentage of email recipients who clicked on at least one link in the email out of the total emails delivered. It measures the effectiveness of the email in driving traffic to a website or landing page.

  • Avg Email Click to Open Rate: The average percentage of email recipients who clicked on at least one link in the email out of the total emails opened. It indicates how engaging the email content is to those who opened it.

  • Avg SMS Delivery Rate: The average percentage of SMS messages successfully delivered to recipients' phones out of the total SMS messages sent. It measures the effectiveness of an SMS campaign in reaching the intended audience.
