Leap Adoption
Overview
The Leap Adoption dashboard is a valuable tool designed to monitor and analyze the behavior and engagement of users within Leap. It is a centralized hub that provides key stakeholders, such as technical and training managers, with real-time insights into user behavior and interaction patterns, facilitating data-driven decision-making and optimization strategies of the Leap platform.
Key Dashboard Definitions
Active Users: Total count of users who have logged in within the specified time frame.
Page Views: Total count of pages visited within the specified time frame.
User Persona / Type: Groupings of users by their role and department into 4 simple categories: Operations, Clinical, Technical, and Corporate.
App: The primary section of Leap that corresponds to the primary left navigation menu icons, e.g. Leap Insights, Consumer 360, Provider 360, Data Hub, Insights Studio.
Module: The primary section of the App that was visited.
Submodule: The primary section fo the Module inside the App that was visited.
Object: The specific page (or type of page) that was visited.
Provisioned User: A user that has been created but has not logged in yet.
Dashboard Tabs
Summary
A high-level view of key adoption indicators.
Details
A more detailed overview of key adoption indicators, including top dashboards and page views by user types.
Page Views
A detailed review of page views and who is accessing them. This tab contains two tables:
The top table is page views rolled up. It can be used to filter the second table simply by clicking on the view count of interest.
The bottom table provides a detailed log at the user level, showing how many times they have visited that page and their last visit to that page.
Dashboard Views
A detailed review of dashboard views and who is accessing them. This tab contains three sections:
The top two tables in the first section show counts by views (on the left) and users (on the right) rolled up to the dashboard by user type/persona. Both of the top two tables can be used to filter the bottom table simply by clicking on the view count of interest.
The middle table provides a list of dashboards and the associated groups that have permissions to view the dashboard. It can also be used to filter the tab to a specific group by clicking anywhere on the dashboard row of interest.
The bottom table provides a detailed log at the user level, showing how many times they have visited that dashboard and their last visit to that page.
User Registry
A detailed list of all user records to help facilitate user maintenance. It includes how recently the user has logged in, the date the user was added, and the last login date.
Permissions Registry
A detailed list of users for each permission group. The left side of the tab is Leap App permissions. The right side is Insights Permissions.
User Adoption
This tab is used by training and project managers to find opportunities for adoption improvement. It has a leaderboard that can be filtered to a specific area of the app or dashboard, and it has a list of users who have never logged in or haven't in the last 30 days.
Dashboards ABCs
Tabs
Upon opening a dashboard, you will be directed to the first tab by default, which is the Executive Summary for Sanitas Leap users. The other tabs include User Analysis and Dashboard Analysis.
Controls
Controls allow you to filter or refine the data displayed within a dashboard. Utilize the down arrow to expose all available control options for a dashboard. Once selected, controls will remain set even if you navigate to a different tab.
Reset Controls
Utilize the reset arrow located above the controls to reset the options before navigating to a new tab or attempting to apply new criteria.
Downloading Pages
Each page can be downloaded by clicking on the export icon in the top right corner of the page. This will create a PDF document that can be downloaded or printed.
Downloading Individual Charts, Tables or Data
You can also download individual charts, tables or data. To do so, click on a chart to display the ellipsis (three dots) in the top right corner. Clicking on this ellipsis will allow you the option to download in cvs and/or excel formats.
Scroll
Most dashboards and visuals extend beyond the available area exposed on a user's window. Dashboards and visuals are scrollable, don't forget to utilize the navigation bars or your middle mouse wheel to do so.
