Provider Directory Summary

Overview

The purpose of this dashboard is to provide visibility into the demographics of the current provider staff. Unlike the QA dashboard, this dashboard is hyper-focused on practice types, care models, specialties, and panel sizes for each provider type.

This dashboard defaults to showing Active providers. That may be adjusted in the controls.

Metrics Overview

• Provider: A credentialed healthcare professional with a practice type that does not include nutrition, counseling, or imaging. Provider credentials include: MD, DO, DPT, APRN, DNP, PA, PT

• Non-Provider: A healthcare professional that has one of the following practice types: Behavioral Health, Diagnostic and Imaging, or Nutrition Management.

• Provider Type: Groups PCP by their credentials into 3 groups: Doctors (DO, MD), Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants.

Tabs Overview

Counts

• This tab consists of 2 parts. The top part is a summary of the practice demographics. Click on any field of the tables or charts to filter the rest of the tab to that population. The bottom part contains the provider details including the panel allowable size vs attributed population for each provider by panel location. This table can be exported as a CSV.

Profile

• Profile: This tab focuses more on the personnel demographics such as age, gender, languages, etc. It also has 2 parts. The top part allows you to pick the metric you wish to analyze. The bottom part is a detailed list that can be exported as a CSV. You can filter the export table by clicking on a field in the visuals on the top half, in addition to using the dashboard controls.
