Patient Count:

The patient count represents the actual number of patients assigned to a provider based on their primary care and urgent care visits. The following table columns provide the actual patient counts per panel type

  • Chronic Cnt: Count of actual patients with a chronic indicator flag.

  • Senior Cnt: Count of actual patients over 64

  • Adult Cnt: Count of actual patients 18-63

  • Pediatric Cnt: Count of actual patients 0-17

Capacity:

The capacity column compares the actual patient count against the target count for each provider, based on their panel configuration. It helps evaluate whether the provider's panel is meeting the desired target, providing insights into capacity utilization.

Reallocation: The reallocation column shows the total count of patients fitting the two scenarios below. This information helps identify potential reallocation needs and ensure accurate panel management.

  1. Patients for whom the actual count exceeds the target count

  2. Patients who are not supposed to be part of the panel according to the configuration (e.g., actual senior patients with a >0 numerical value when the panel configuration indicates 0)

Dashboard Tabs

Facility view

This tab provides a comprehensive view of all providers and their respective capacity within the facility. It allows users to filter the information based on location, provider first name, provider last name, and NPI, enabling easy access to specific provider data.

Care Team View

In the Care Team View tab, the same information as the Facility View is presented but organized by care teams. Users can easily navigate through different care teams and access the corresponding capacity information for each team.

Dashboard ABCs

Tabs

Upon opening a dashboard, you will be directed to the first tab by default, which is typically a national view for Sanitas USA users who need to see all states consolidated into one tab. To see a more granular view (State, Region, Location), you should navigate to the additional tabs, if applicable.

Controls

Controls allow you to filter or refine the data displayed within a dashboard. Utilize the down arrow to expose all available control options for a dashboard. Once selected, controls will remain set even if you navigate to a different tab.

Reset Controls

Utilize the reset arrow located above the controls to reset the options before navigating to a new tab or attempting to apply new criteria.

Downloading Pages

Each page can be downloaded by clicking on the export icon in the top right corner of the page. This will create a PDF document that can be downloaded or printed.

Downloading Individual Charts, Tables or Data

You can also download individual charts, tables or data. To do so, click on a chart to display the ellipsis (three dots) in the top right corner. Clicking on this ellipsis will allow you the option to download in cvs and/or excel formats.

Scroll

Most dashboards and visuals extend beyond the available area exposed on a user's window. Dashboards and visuals are scrollable, don't forget to utilize the navigation bars or your middle mouse wheel to do so.
